After last week’s big hype by a few airsoft retailers about the KWA LM4 GBBRs possibly making there way to stores as early as last Friday, many interested customers and enthusiasts have been building more anticipation as the days stretch on by. Questions have not only been bombarding the airsoft retailers on the where about of the KWA LM4 GBBRs, but the apparent delay has made enough commotion through the social mediums that the question is unanimously clear. Where are the KWA LM4 GBBRs?
Are the KWA LM4 GBBRs even in the stateside? With so much hype coming from the retailers of its release, coming soon, like real soon, the delay has led some to even speculate that KWA has problems with quality control as KWA seemingly remains secretive about the LM4’s details. Fingers point toward the City of Industry in California to where KWA Headquarters lie. With growing concerns and questions, the basic question must first be revisited to relax the uneasy.
Where are the KWA LM4 GBBRs?
The KWA LM4 GBBRs are currently at KWA Headquarter’s warehouse, Waiting for upgrade parts, specifically the buffer and magazine follower springs, to ensure reliability and performance. According to KWA in the KWA Technical Forums, “the new upgrade parts are being manufactured and should be shipped to [KWA] sometime this week. [KWA] anticipates [the] release of products in the 3rd to 4th week of May.” In addition to their response “[KWA] sincerely apologizes for the long delay but [they] are certain the LM4 will be worth the wait.”
In response to speculations of Quality Control issues, KWA responded firmly that “these [are] not QC problems. These were last minute decisions to upgrade the parts for performance and durability sake.”
The delay is no doubt grueling for many itching to have their hands on the upcoming KWA LM4 GBBR. The KWA LM4 comes with a delay, but surely promises to deliver a kick in the end.
